Sometimes I tend to forget the beauty of experimenting with design, and then this happens... I remember to respect design even more than development.
Switching from development to design or vice-versa
Avoiding making prototypes because development is faster.
Trying to start doing animations without the proper rigging and weight system.
Dealing with web and print projects.
Finding the right balance between fancy animations and a good UI experience.
Creating an identity is hard, even more, when is a startup and you don't even know the potential target market.
Experimenting is fun, but with no clear planning is just going to be a disaster, learning the hard way, failing the right way.
Just play around with tools, sometimes create brand identity, design characters, animations, 3D Modeling, etc.
